hello hoi an

We made it out of Ha Noi at last and took a Friday afternoon flight to the central coast of Viet Nam for a blissfully relaxing weekend in Hoi An. A quaint village, home of 48-hour tailoring, we had a magnificent hotel overlooking the river, close to the beach and we even managed to get some spectacular food. As we only got back tonight we will just load a few shots from around Hoi An.

we have been a bit slack of late in keeping everyone up to date. this is in large part due to two things. firstly i have been in planes a LOT. at briefings, meetings and appointments. all without a computer. quite liberating really. the second factor being a two-part really but all under one man-heaven heading of sport. thats right. nba playoffs and the giro d'italia. the boy has been somewhat preoccupied.

we are both now back in ha noi. for the time being at least. hopefully there is a holiday to be had soon, a girl can but dream. when i say holiday. i mean weekend away. now to decide which direction to travel...
